Poverty among the elderly is very common in Hong Kong. It is heartbreaking to see aged people struggling to survive even after they had worked their whole lives and contributed to society. Elderly people deserve a better life; at the very least, they should be enjoying their later years, not struggling to survive. We should give the elderly more care, support, attention, and love, letting them know that society has not forgotten or abandoned them.

I am a Year 2 student studying biotechnology in the Faculty of Science, HKBU. Although I’m not studying in the field of art, I like creating artworks such as drawings, calligraphies, photographs, and embroideries in my spare time.

香港的長者貧窮問題十分嚴重；即使長者奉獻他們的一生去工作和貢獻社會，他們依然未能擁有良好的生活環境和生活質素，亦未能安享晚年。看到部份長者在社會上掙扎求存，不禁令人感到悲傷和心痛。我們應該給予他們更多的支持、關懷、資源和愛，令他們感到受重視和關注。

我是香港浸會大學的二年級學生，現正就讀理學院的應用生物學理學士課程。雖然我並不是視覺藝術科的學生，但在空餘時間，我都喜歡創作一些美術作品，如畫、西洋書法、拍攝照片和刺繡。
